Bidding increments are determined solely by the Auctioneer. Auction Glossary
One with a Privilage: High biider is awarded the privilege of taking as many of the lots offered as he/she wants, each at the same price.
Pick & Choose: Highest bidder has the right to choose, in any order, as many of the offered lots as he/she wants, each at the same bid price.
Grouping Lots: Auctioneer, at his discretion, may group any number of lots and offer them together as a single lot for one price.
Times the Money: Two or more itms within a lot are sold individually; the individual price for each item is multiplied by the total number in the lotto determine the bid price.

Release of Liability

By registering for this auction, Buyer recognizes the inherent dangers associated with this type of auction, and acknowledges his/her recognition of these dangers and the possible existence of dangerous physical conditions upon the premises. Buyer agrees to hold harmless the Auctioneer his family, employees, and agents from all claims, suits, losses, personal injuries, deaths, property liability and all other liability resulting directly or indirectly from or on account of activities engaged in by the buyer, buyer’s family and employees while upon the premises before, during and after the auction. This release shall be binding upon the undersigned.
